Global Print Manager
Growing global supply chain company seeks a global print manager. You will manage our print partners, coordinate with the customers’ creative in-house departments and their agencies, provide brand management support, including global compliance to design manuals, paper coordination, artwork specifications and time line management. Successful candidates have 10 years or more in print management, including preferably hands-on experience in a global print environment. Must be detail oriented, focus and driven.


Senior Fulfillment Lead
Our senior fulfillment lead will work in a dynamic and very fast paced work environment with a variety of customers and tasks related to fulfillment and shipping. We require minimum four years lead experience and at least 2 years as a Sr.Lead in a fast paced and dynamic shipping and fulfillment environment. Require experience with computer shipping manifest systems, such as UPS World Ship, FedEx, USPS and third party manifest systems; with Freight Carriers, freight distribution (domestic and international); managing shipping documentations and end-user fulfillment. Must have experience shipping to retail stores and understanding of routing guides. You need to be forklift certified with strong inventory skills. You will be part of managing our high-speed, high volume fulfillment area and maintain our state-of-the-art quality levels. You will report to the Fulfillment Supervisor.


Versatile Marketing Manager
Fast growing supply chain management company seeks Marketing Manager to spearhead our Marcom activities and support our award-winning sales team with customized presentations and information. Activities will include managing relations to marketing agency, generating contents, manage social networking presence, writing and editing extensive proposals, supporting the sales group with customized presentations and information, generating white papers and case studies and other literature, and planning (limited) tradeshow participation.
This new hands-on position requires a versatile person who is comfortable managing a variety of activities. You go from fun and creative to deadline driven and determined in less than 60 seconds. We require strong writing and editing skills, strong project management skills, and impeccable follow-through and attention to detail. Industry experience from the supply chain management or logistics sector a strong plus.
A successful candidate will have worked in a b-b marketing role for more than 3 years, and preferably 5+ years, completing a multitude of marketing tasks and meeting ridiculous deadlines. You probably also have relevant educational background. Now you are ready to work independently with minimal supervision. You are proficient with PowerPoint and presentation tools and in a pinch, when our support staff is out, you can generate, format, index and beautify a 100 page Word document without breaking a sweat. Account Manager
You will be joining a group of excellent, detail-oriented, customer-focused inside account managers in a fast-paced environment. You will be in charge of the daily customer relationship, and you will be juggling all the related details, including documentation (BOM's, AI's, ECO/ECN's and other specifications), managing print files, managing duplication masters, entering orders into our ERP system and following the order through our internal systems. You will be purchasing materials for your customers, and some purchasing background is a must.
You will work with 5-10 customers, and the position requires strong ability to multi-task without loss of accuracy, as well as the ability to organize your own work. You must have industry background, having worked in a fulfillment, turnkey and/or print/packaging company.

The ideal candidate has minimum five years industry specific experience, including print, packaging and fulfillment. You are fully familiar with the basics of MRP/ERP systems, and are possibly APICS certified. We are looking for a person with extreme attention to detail, high level of ability to multitask, true appreciation of excellence, and a strong can-do-attitude.
